PET Lifeline is a service that provides the critical line of communication to ensure your pets are cared for. During an emergency or unfortunate event that leaves you incapable of informing someone that you have pets at home in need of care, the PET Lifeline ID card relays the message.

PET Lifeline provides you with peace of mind knowing that your pets will be cared from in the event you are unable to.

How it Works

Emergency personnel are trained to look for and respond to any vital personal information at the scene of an accident. Once the PET Lifeline card is located the emergency personnel will contact the toll-free number and provide our call centre with vital information including the unique ID number on the card.
